Tau antibody

APRINOIA’s anti-Tau antibody specifically recognizes abnormal Tau species in AD, which were accumulated at multiple compartments of neuron cells, including the synapses and the membrane fractions derived from the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. The mislocalization of Tau is highly related to the spread of Tau and metabolic stress within the neuron. Our antibody is versatile in binding to various Tau species found in the different Tauopathies: Alzheimer’s Disease, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Corticobasal Dementia, and Pick’s Disease.

The antibody is currently at the preclinical stage, where humanization of the antibody has been completed.
